Venti and Xochitl Huitzilihuitl's only son. He has no real defining features of a tonatiuhcoatl due to his shapeshifting, a skill that Venti taught him early on, even though he's still a child, and of course, still hasn't mastered it fully. If you pay close attention while he skips and leaps without a care around the streets of Mondstadt, maybe for a split second, you’ll see the inhuman fangs in the Zephyrus' smile or the snakelike eyes as he gazes out at an endless field of dandelions. People say Zephyrus very much takes after Venti in terms of looks but honestly, Zephyr doesn’t just look a little like Venti, he's almost the spitting image of him. From the soft and silky hair that's as dark as the purest obsidian (which Venti doesn't help by braiding in the same style as him) to the big, bright, and mischievous eyes which are a deep blue-green like a clear summer sky. Zephyrus spends his days wandering the streets of Mondstadt, listening to his father's songs and rhymes, and exploring the land. Venti has always believed in freedom, and that includes for his young boy. Though he's always careful to keep some watch on him with his more archon-like abilities. When Zephyrus wanders too far, the breeze almost seems to push him back towards safety of the city walls. When he falls, a calming and gentle wind will always appear to almost "cushion" his fall. And on more than one occasion, he's witnessed a windstorm suddenly swoop in and destroy a monster camp in his path.
